About our secure, credit card on-line store
Our store is secure for credit card transactions, so you can shop with confidence! When you place an order, our store will encrypt your information and transmit it via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). When you click "Place An Order," please examine your browser's status bar. If you see a solid padlock icon (Internet Explorer) or a solid key icon (Netscape), you can be sure that your vital information is securely encrypted as it passes over the Internet.

Getting Started
Placing your first order is easy. You can choose between placing items in your shopping cart or creating an account. To create an account select My Account from the middle of the top navigation. Just follow the instructions on each page as you progress through the steps. To begin shopping, start with Finding Items below.

Finding Items
There are two different approaches to finding items in our store. To quickly find a specific product, just type in the product name using the keyword search box found on the left side of each page. To select a product from a general category, please follow the links in the product index on the left side of each page.

When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item to see more details and a photo of each item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you wish to add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish and click the "Add to Cart" button. This can be done from the product item list or the item's detail page. You will notice that the number of items in your shopping cart is increased in the top right section of your browser. You can view the items in your cart at anytime by clicking on this Shopping Cart link. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page where you'll see that your item has been added. Don't worry...you won't be buying anything until you submit your order.

To continue shopping, click the "Continue" button near the bottom of the page.

Proceeding to the Checkout
When you are ready to place your order, click the Shopping Cart link at the top right of the page. Then take a moment to review the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you are satisfied with the contents and their quantities, click the Checkout button. This will take you to the first page of the ordering process. Here, you can login if you are a regular customer, set up a new customer account or checkout without an account.

At this point, you may be taken through some steps to verify your shipping and billing information. Once this is done, click "Place Your Order." After a few seconds, a receipt will be displayed which you can print and keep for your records.

"Help, I forgot my password!"
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login screen by clicking on the My Account link in the upper middle of the browser. Select the "Forgotten your password?" link below the Sign In button and fill in your account email. Your login information will be emailed to that address.

Refund Policy
