Shipping

Shipping is primarily by UPS Ground from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia.  When you place an order, the shipping rates are estimated based on the individual product weights.  Once your completed order is packaged, the total weight may change and this could affect your delivery costs.

For customers located within the Metro Atlanta Area, we provide free local delivery for all orders over $250.  For smaller orders where local delivery makes sense over UPS, a $10 local delivery charge will apply. 

Returns Policy

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of goods.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  The returned product must be received in good condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs.
